Developer Contributions SPD
In a change to securing the Council’s Core Strategy Planning Policies concerning Employment & Skills Plans, all applications for planning permission or prior approval for large development schemes across the city received on or after Friday 1 July 2016 will be required to comply with the obligations outlined within the attached guidance on Employment & Skills Plan Contributions.
