Proposed Bitterne Park Triangle Conservation Area
The city council is considering the possibility of designating the Bitterne Park Triangle shopping area as a new conservation area. A draft conservation area appraisal document has been produced and is available at the link below.
A period of public consultation on the proposal began on 17 February 2010 with a public meeting held in the Baptist Church meeting hall, Wellington Road. The consultation period lasted four weeks and is now over. A decision is pending.
