You will need to make an appointment but there are no restrictions on how many searches you can do during your visit.
If you wish to carry out a personal search of the Local Land Charges Register, and other departments' registers, you will need to call us to make an appointment on 023 8083 2980. We are open 2.00pm to 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Please provide full postal address of the property you require to search on and you may bring any plans with you to assist you.
If you are carrying out a personal search, you will need to consult public records held by other departments in the council and those held by other organisations. You will need to make appointments to make enquiries of other departments and organisations.
