Welcome to the Planning Services home page. Town Planning is all about where something is built and what its going to look like at the end of the process.

Use the links below and along the left hand side of this page to find out more about planning applications, how to apply for planning permission, planning advice, planning enforcement and other information about the planning process.

We hope you find everything you are looking for but if not, please contact us using the contact details provided at the bottom of this page.

From the 1st May 2014, any applications which are made invalid and where the additional information requested is not submitted within the time frame given, will be returned in the post along with a 25% administration cost taken from the planning fee refund.

NEW - The Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule will take effect from 1st September 2013. From this date all applications that are CIL liable in accordance with the Charging Schedule will need to pay the applicable CIL charge.
