There are a number of different forms, plans and maps which need to be provided or completed in support of an application for planning permission.
What are the basic requirements?
A completed planning application
Three completed copies of the application form (please ensure that you have signed and dated each copy).
A completed Certificate Under Article 12A, which is a certificate of ownership.
Three copies of a standard Ordnance Survey site location map of not less than 1:1250 scale, with a red line showing the proposed development site. Find out more about Ordnance Survey maps and how to buy them from our buying an OS map page
Three copies of each plan(s). Plans should include existing and proposed annotated floor and elevational views of a recognised scale such as 1:50 or 1:100 and dimensioned in metric only. Plans that are not to the standard required will be returned and the application invalidated.
The correct planning fee (please contact the office at the address below if you have problems calculating your fee).
