The second HIPOG (Hampshire and Isle of Wight Planning Officers' Group)/ SISCo Sustainable Design and Construction Training Programme took place from Autumn 2010 to Summer 2011. The programme was delivered by the Environment Centre (tEC), Southampton, as part of the EU funded Solutions for Implementing Sustainable Construction (SISCo) project.
