The Local Plan Review is the development plan for the city used to make planning decisions. The strategy is therefore the present statutory land-use plan. This means that it sets out the authority's policies on which land across the city should be developed and used, and against which applications for planning permission will be determined.
Please note: in the amended plan, only the policies have been updated; other parts of the plan may be out of date, such as part 1.
