This document provides guidance in accordance with MSA1 of the Adopted Local Plan.
It aims to guide Local Transport Plan expenditure within the city centre, and to guide developers and applicants with regard to the quality standards expected of Section 106 Agreements for public realm works. It also builds on upon the key themes of the adopted City Centre Urban Design Strategy 2001.
