Development on Potentially Contaminated Land

On completion of a sensitive development a Completion Statement provides the developer with a opportunity to verify the actions they have taken to manage land contamination. This can assist in discharging any conditions relating to land contamination that may have been attached to the planning approval. You will find a template for this document in the links on the right.
