The Rights of Way Section is responsible for managing the city's public rights of way. This includes keeping a legal record of the location of public rights of way in the city and ensuring that the public can use them.

We also work to maintain and improve the public rights of way network to make it more accessible and enjoyable for both residents and visitors.
