The action plan is developed after problems and issues from the surveys and consultation have been identified. Straightforward, typical issues to be dealt with include clearing up rubbish, dog's mess, overhanging bushes etc. on walking and cycling routes. Other issues such as new road crossings are more complex to implement because they are bound by Central Government rules and regulations.
