Coach Parking

Four coach parking sites are available in the city:

• Four spaces in Herbert Walker Avenue, located within 10 minutes walk of the new IKEA and 15 minutes from West Quay and the shops/malls around The Precinct

• Six spaces in South Front located about 10 minutes walk from West Quay and the shops/malls around The Precinct and around 15 minutes from the new IKEA.

• Three spaces in Canute Road which is located near to the amenities of Ocean Village.

• Three spaces in Platform Road which is located near to the Archaeology Museum and a short walk from the Maritime Museum.

• Availability for up to six coaches in Bletchynden Terrace which is located near to the Mayflower Theatre.

These facilities are intended for long stay Coach parking with a maximum stay of 10 hours (no return same day).

For coach visitors wishing to take advantage of the great range of shopping offered by West Quay, West Quay Retail Park and IKEA, there is a coach pick-up/drop-off bus stop in Harbour Parade just outside these main attractions. Coach drivers can therefore take advantage of this central location to drop-off their passengers and use the long-stay coach/bus parking bays whilst they await a return time to pick up their passengers.
