We offer several locations for coach parking for 10 hours, and coach stopping places in the city centre. We also offer a convenient pick up and set down point for shoppers in Harbour Parade.
Below are details of where the spaces are and how long they are. We have assumed that a coach length is 13m where we have stated an approximate number of coaches which can park in each location.
Coach (Bus) Parking places for 10 hour parking
These facilities are intended for long stay Coach parking with a maximum stay of 10 hours no return same day.
Herbert Walker Avenue (SO15 1HJ) has 60 meters to accommodate approximately 4 coaches and is located within 10 minutes walk of the new IKEA and 15 minutes from West Quay and the shops/malls around The Precinct. Also convenient for the Tudor House and garden on Bugle street.
Palmerston Road (SO14 1LL) has 30 meters to accommodate approximately 2 coaches and is located under 10 minutes walk from West Quay and the shops/malls around The Precinct and around 15 minutes from the new IKEA.
Canute Road (SO14 3TN) has 45 meters to accommodate approximately 3 coaches and is located near to the amenities of Ocean Village.
Platform Road (SO14 3FU) has 30 meters to accommodate approximately 2 coaches and is located near to Gods House Tower formerly the Museum of Archaeology and a short walk from the Wool House, formerly the Maritime Museum. This is also a coach/ bus stand.

These facilities are intended for short stay Coach parking
Platform Road (SO14 3FU) has 30 meters to accommodate approximately 2 coaches as is located near to Gods House Tower formerly the Museum of Archaeology and a short walk from the Wool House formerly the Maritime Museum. This is also a coach/ bus parking place.
Blechynden Terrace (SO15 1GW) has 67 meters to accommodate approximately 5 coaches and is located near to the Mayflower Theatre.
Coach (Bus) Stop for picking up/ setting down passengers
Harbour Parade (SO15 1BA) has 30 meters to accommodate approximately 2 coaches and is convenient for the great range of shopping offered by West Quay, West Quay Retail Park and IKEA.
Coach drivers can therefore take advantage of this central location to drop-off their passengers and use the long-stay coach/bus parking bays whilst they await a return time to pick up their passengers.
