Mobile Library Service

Important Service Announcement update

The current Booksplus and Mobile library services will be changing from Thursday 16th May in the case of the Booksplus and from Saturday 18th May 2013 for the Mobile library. Important things you will need to know:

  • We will be offering a mobile service from a single vehicle, combining elements from both Booksplus and the mobile library service and have devised a new timetable that incorporates stops made by both vehicles.

  • There will be no mobile services between 19th May and 2nd June 2013 while we prepare the new service

  • The revised weekly timetable starts on 3rd June – make sure you pick up your copy

  • There will be books and services for adults and children on the new mobile library

Any item borrowed from the Booksplus or Mobile Library Service may be returned to any Southampton City Library.

To view the new mobile library timetable click on the 'new mobile library timetable' document under the downloadable documents section below.
