District Parks

Mayfield ParkSouthampton has a wealth of parks and green spaces across the city. Find out more about the many local parks in Southampton. Local parks are large open areas combining play areas for children of all ages with walks through beautiful surroundings. New this year is the recently re-opened St James' Park in Shirley which has undergone extensive improvement works.

The management plans below have detailed information on each park, how they are managed and what the plans are for the future.
