The Sports Development function of the city council is now managed by Solent University.

Active Workplaces Logo
Active Workplaces
This aims to increase adult participation in physical activity at three of Southampton's largest employers, as well as small and medium sized business in the city to help get their workforces more active. Activities such as sailing, boxercise and zumba take place before and after work and at lunchtime.
