Oaklands Pool encourages customer feedback in order to improve the services we offer to our customers. Customer comment cards are available at the centre as well as a verbal feedback system for customers to pass on comments informally. Customer comments are monitored on a daily basis.

Tuesday aqua session always start late due to kayaking.

Thank you for your comment. We do apologise for the delay in starting the class. We are trying to move the kayaking to a different day in the meantime we will endeavour to move the kayaks to the deep end of the pool so the class can start on time.

Please don't change Tuesday 6pm hydrofit to a Monday as it would mean two sessions on Mondays for those that do the G.P. referral.

Thank you for your comment. We are looking into different instructors and different hydrofit classes. We will take on board all comments and suggestions and try to find a solution to keep the hydrofit classes as they are.
