Swimming Lessons

Lane Swimming at Oaklands PoolOaklands has a huge variety of lessons and coaching available, offering swimmers the chance to develop from beginner level all the way up to competitive swimming. Classes are held in groups so that swimmers can gain confidence from those around them, with the option of one-to-one lessons for targeting specific aspects of technique.

On joining our swim school every swimmer is given a swim hat which they are required to wear to all lessons. All of our junior lessons are given a swim bag, swim hat and personal log book which lets you and their teachers record the progress of your child and for you to be able to gain badges.

All our lessons are taught by qualified Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) Level 2 instructors and run in accordance with the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS)
