Details of service:

Until 2002 Southampton had 15 wards each with three councillors. Following a review by the Boundary Commission, the electoral map has been redrawn. With effect from the 2002 Elections Southampton will be made up of 16 wards. In summary, the name St Lukes no longer exists and the two new ward names are Swaythling and Bevois.
