The Corporate Improvement Plan

The improvement measures set out in 2008/9 Corporate Improvement Plan are designed to progress the long term aspiration to improve the overall quality of city life outlined in the Community Strategy and other Partnership Plans and to secure the delivery of the actions contained within the Council's approved Medium Term Service and Financial Plan.

The Corporate Improvement Plan also provides key information on the quality and level of services provided by the council in 2007/8 and sets out key performance targets for 2008/9 as well as later years.
