City of Southampton Strategy
The City of Southampton Strategy (CoSS) is the city’s sustainable community strategy setting out a 20-year vision up to 2026. It underpins our aspirations for the city and provides the framework through six strategic objectives for tackling the city’s key economic, social or environmental priorities.
Corporate Improvement Plan
The Corporate Improvement Plan (formerly the City Performance Plan) sets out the Council's commitment and overall approach to secure on-going improvements across a wide range of services that are provided to local residents, businesses as well as visitors to the city.
