A freephone contact centre for Street lighting, potholes, refuse collections, recycling, unsafe roads and pavements, abandoned vehicles, graffiti, litter and dog fouling enforcement, damaged or broken bus shelters, council housing repairs, trees and City patrol.
Who can use this service:
No criteria required to use this service. No assessment required to use this service. Anyone living in or visiting the city can use this service.
Charges:
Yes only for removing bulky waste from homes in Southampton. £12.50 for the first collection up to 10 items and £25 for the second collection. Any requests for further collections within the same financial year would require a quote.
Ways To Pay:
Payments can be made over the phone using a credit card/debit card, by cheque or postal order or in person at the cash office, Civic Centre.

Before payment can be made, a booking needs to be arranged. This can be done by contacting Actionline either by phone or email.
