Booking your ceremony

Book your room or Westgate Hall directly with our ceremony co-ordinators by telephoning 023 80195327 or completing our contact form.

A non-refundable booking fee will be payable at the time of making your booking

Book your notice of marriage or civil partnership appointment.

Attend your appointment at the register office. 

Pay your ceremony fee no later than three months before the ceremony.

Arrange an optional pre-ceremony consultation (around four to six weeks before the ceremony).

Once you have completed all your legal paperwork and paid your ceremony fee, you will need to complete your notes for ceremony form.
This will allow you to tell us about any embellishments you would like to include in your ceremony. You may like to make additional promises to each other or enhance your ceremony with readings and music. This will form the basis of your ceremony, so gives you the opportunity to let us know about your wishes.

Provisionally book your ceremony with the approved venue

Contact our booking team to book registrars to attend your ceremony by telephoning 023 80195327 or completing our contact form.

Pay your fee for the registrars to attend your ceremony (no later than three months before the ceremony).
