- To renew your disabled persons bus pass and or Itchen Bridge Toll Exemption card.

Please be advised that Gateway is at its busiest on Mondays, following a Bank Holiday or between 12noon and 2pm. To avoid busy periods and long queues, we would advise utilising the online services of the Southampton City Council website which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Cash Office is open from 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.
Please note that although located in Gateway, the Cash Office operates different opening hours. Payments can only be made to the Cash Office and not Gateway.
