Tenants Tell Us

Tenants Tell Us is a group of Southampton social housing residents who take part in monthly online surveys to express their views on council housing services.

It is a good opportunity to influence how services are delivered, highlight issues, and help shape the service in your area.

Members of the Tenants Tell Us Panel are sent quick polls or surveys of up to five questions about once a month. It is completely up to individuals how many of these polls and surveys they complete. The results of the polls and the difference they are making are shared with the Tenants Tell Us members.

No special experience or expertise is needed to join. We want a diverse panel which reflects the tenants of Southampton. The only requirements are your interest in contributing your views and that you live in a council rented or leased property.
