How are we different from other providers?

  • Local staff who answer calls and visit (if they can assist e.g. a customer has fallen and is uninjured) within 45 minutes. This means less pressure on the ambulance service, your loved one won’t be taken out of their home unnecessarily or be left waiting for help for extended periods of time
  • Home installations offered as standard so you or your family members don’t have to worry about the setup process
  • Transparent pricing and any profits go back into delivering and improving our service. You can see our current pricing structure
  • Telecare Service Association (TSA) accredited since April 2020. This means we met the standards in a range of areas including user and carer experience, user safety, and effectiveness of care.
