  • The Well@Work Team support employers at risk of losing staff through mental health or musculoskeletal ill health
  • PATH – A European Perinatal Mental Health project - provides resources and support for women, families, healthcare professionals and about-to-be parents to prevent, diagnose and/or successfully manage mild and moderate perinatal mental health issues
  • Steps to Wellbeing is a free self-referral talking therapy service for people experiencing depression and anxiety

Training and career

  • Apprenticeships are available in many subjects, for all ages and up to Level 7 including Masters qualifications. Advisors provide information, guidance and individualised support for employers interested in employing apprentices and staff interested in training through apprenticeships
  • The Employment Support Team - offers advice and support to people who are disabled or disadvantaged to find work or training
  • Access Southampton - Southampton City Council's free and impartial site gives information and links to support key decisions about education, lifelong learning, job training and career
  • Setting up a new business - information on legal and statutory requirements

  • The Solent LEP Growth Hub is a free service and acts as a first point of contact for all your business support related queries. It offers online information, a comprehensive self-service directory, and a team of Business Advisers available during work hours
