Small, minor repairs and everyday tasks are your responsibility as a tenant. Anything provided or fitted by you is up to you to repair and maintain, unless we have agreed in writing to help with this.

For other items such as:

  • Damaged storage heaters or radiators
  • Faulty thermostats, or their controls
  • Or if you have no heating or hot water (after following the checks above)
