If you are interested in joining a Tenant and Resident’s Association you can click on our interactive map to see if there is a Tenant and Resident Association in your area. However there is no need to worry if you cannot find a local group, just give us a call and we will give you all the support you need to start one.

  • Bishops Crescent Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of the Bishops Crescent tenants. The group have elected a tenant to focus on housing issues.

  • Castle House Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of the Castle House tenants.

    At their last annual general meeting, the group have elected a new chairperson. The group is investigating and monitoring a few anti-social incidents.

  • Fairfax Court Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of residents living in Fairfax Court. The group is currently not meeting – contact Tenant Engagement for more information.

  • Leaside Way Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of tenants of 61 to 159 Leaside Way. Presently, the group is working on improving the shed doors, changing the washing lines, installing patio flood drain, organising a Great Get Together, other social events and more.

    The group successfully influenced the "Zero Policy to obstructions in communal areas" rule.

    The Leaside Way Tenants' Association & their Bizzie Bees’ Garden Club were just awarded some grant money from the Celebrations grants!

    Leaside Way TA got £250 towards this year's Great Get Together in June, and the Bizzie Bees’ Garden Club got £700 towards a shed, some small hand tools, and some bulbs to form a wild flower garden.

  • North East Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of residents living in supported housing in North East Road, North East Close, Richie Court, Drove Road, Gladstone Road and Balfour Road.

    Some of the issues the group worked recently: Request to put the bins onto a firm base enabling residents to get to them without walking on the grass or mud, improving recycling signage, issues with motorbikes, clearing the garden at Gladstone Road, etc.

  • PRADOS Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of tenants in Bellamy Court, Griffin Court, Ingram Court, Pettinger Gardens and Jannaway Gardens.

    Some of the group worked to improve the hedges by the railway by cutting them back, cleared out the guttering at Bellamy Court, got a sensory light installed at Bellamy Court entrance, have sorted an ongoing issue with the bin collection and the new bin collection process agreed, parking lines refreshed.

    The group took part in the St Denys perception survey.

    The group held a very successful “Race Night” on 28 February 2020.

  • Sarnia Court Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of the Sarnia Court tenants.

  • Ventnor Court Tenants’ Association:
    The group works on behalf of tenants in Ventnor Court.

    The group discussed numerous issues in the area: fly tipping, bed bugs, care of the garden, anti-social behaviour, etc.
