Free and low cost Easter activities
If you’re looking for things to do with the kids during the Easter holidays, there is lots going on across the city this April.
Enjoy the spring sunshine and join an egg-citing adventure in the historic Old Town on a free Easter family trail until 14 April. Pick up a free map at The Marlands Centre or Gods House Tower or download at home and then follow the trail to discover the hidden bunnies along the way. Every child who completes the trail will win a small prize.
The Southampton Culture Club learning programme offers a range of fun and creative activities in our city museums (most cost under £10). Highlights include the chance to make Clay Spring Chicks on 3 April, Funky Frames on 5 April, and create Wild Woodland Scenes with Collage and Printing on 9 April. Check out the full programme online and don’t forget that a visit to Southampton City Art Gallery is always free
