The Committee noted the report of the Service Director – Legal and Business Operations enabling the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee to monitor and track progress on recommendations made to the Executive at previous meetings.

In particular, with regards to an update on the consultation of the Southampton City Vision Local Plan it was noted that the number on the People’s Panel was 2,800. The number of people who received notification of the consultation, via either the People’s Panel or the Your City, Your Say database, results could not be broken down to establish how many actually responded from these groups.
