To note any changes in membership of the Panel made in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4.3.

The Panel noted the resignation of Councillor Moulton and the appointment of

Councillor Norris in place thereof in accordance with the provisions of

Council Procedure Rules 4.3.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Burke.

To approve and sign as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting held on 25^th June 2013 and to deal with any matters arising, attached.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting of the Chief Officer Employment Panel held on 25^th June 2013 be approved and signed as a correct record.

Chair to move that in accordance with the Council's Constitution, specifically the Access to Information Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, the press and public be excluded from the meeting in respect of the following item.

This report is not for publication by virtue of categories 1, 2 and 3 (Personal Information) of paragraph 10.4 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules as contained in the Council’s Constitution.

RESOLVED that the five candidates identified by the Panel, from the recommended short list of candidates for the position of Director, Place Environment and Economy, as presented by the Council’s Head of Strategic, HR, be approved
