The Panel considered the report of the Senior Manager – City Services, recommending refusal for the removal of four trees but to allow removal of one tree outside 20Shirley Avenue at the above site address.  (Copy of the report circulated with the agenda and appended to the signed minutes).

RESOLVED

To refuse the removal of five mature trees in Shirley Avenue and to request that the Highway client paint a white line on the road to protect the driveway of 20Shirley Avenue.
