Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan Draft - WITHDRAWN

To consider a report of the Cabinet Member for Growth detailing the draft Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan.   Once adopted the minerals and waste plan will form part of the development plan for the City against which relevant planning applications are determined. The plan is being prepared jointly by Southampton City Council, Hampshire County Council, Portsmouth City Council and the New Forest and South Downs National Park Authorities.

Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: The decision on this matter has been withdrawn at this time because partner organisations have requested additional time to review the evidence to support the plan (particularly around waste data), to ensure that the approach is robust and stands up to scrutiny from external parties and ultimately through the planning examination and therefore the decision will delayed until the new municipal year
