Consultation process
The Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan is
a direct response to a public consultation on a draft Net Zero
Strategy conducted from January to March 2023 .
Consultees
The draft Net Zero Strategy and subsequent
Climate Change Strategy and Action Plan have been the subject of
ongoing internal consultation with relevant council departments and
services throughout their development. The draft Net Zero Strategy
was promoted across the council's media channels and a range of
community and business groups were directly invited to
contribute.
