Gambling Act 2005 – Consideration Of Statement Of Principles

Report of the Solicitor to the Council seeking comments under the consultation process on the final draft Statement of Principals (SLP) under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005, requiring the City Council to publish a statement of principles that it proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Act, attached.

Proposed Extension Of The Current City Centre Drinking Control Area (designated Public Places Order)

Report of the Community Safety Manager concerning the proposed extension of the current boundary of the Designated Public Places Order citywide and seeking approval to proceed to the consultative stage together with the introduction of accompanying measures to assist in tackling anti-social drinking, attached.
