Gambling Act 2005 – Setting Of Application And Annual Fees For Premises Licences

Report of the Solicitor to the Council concerning Section 212 Gambling Act 2005 requiring the City Council, as Licensing Authority, to adopt a fee structure to take effect from 21st May, 2007 when the responsibilities under the Act transfer to the City, attached.
