THE DECISION

Having read the report, including its recommendations and proposals, and following consideration of all other relevant matters, the decision-maker made the following decision: -

 

To acknowledge and receive the contents of the Adult Social Care Delivery and Improvement Statement (DIS), as required by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) following its submission on 31st May 2005.

 

 

 

 

REASONS FOR THE DECISION

The CSCI requires the DIS to be received formally by the Council within two months of submission.

 

 

 

DETAILS OF ANY ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

The CSCI requires each authority to submit a DIS.
