The Chair noted that the update on the Integrated Care Board (ICB) model that was planned to be included in the agenda for this meeting, had been postponed to the next meeting, due to the announcement of the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care that NHS England would be taken back into direct government control and the impact this would have on the ICB’s.
