To approve and sign as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 6 February 2025 and to deal with any matters arising, attached.

The minutes of the meeting held on 6 February 2025 were signed as a correct record subject to an amendment to the Disclosure of Personal and Pecuniary Interests which recorded Councillor Kenny as being an elected Governor for University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Councillor Kenny noted that noted that she had been appointed to this role not elected.
