Consultation process

Face to face meetings with a project working group who meets on a monthly, this consist of Project Manager, Centralised Intelligence team and Communication team, Finance. Legal, Children services (SEND team), Transport Coordination team and the Customer Experience team. Also there has been engagement session with Service Users and special education needs and disability schools.
