All one-off hirers will be asked to pay an invoice in full before the hire date with a refundable deposit.

A small caretaking charge may be added depending on the time of hire.

Further information

Northam Community Centre was originally Northam School, and has been converted to incorporate excellent facilities. It is a busy centre that shares the site with Sure Start, StartPoint Northam and Northam 521 youth project. The centre has a large hall with air conditioning and two meeting rooms that are spacious and light, with their own kettles and mugs. Hirers are required to bring their own tea/coffee/milk etc. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
