Ethelburt Avenue conservation area
A revised appraisal and management plan for the Ethelburt Avenue Conservation Area was approved by Cabinet on 20 October 2015 following a period of public consultation. The approved plan is available below. Cabinet also approved a revised Article 4 Direction.
The conservation area includes Ethelburt Avenue, part of Leaside Way, part of Bassett Green Road, part of Stoneham Lane, and Field Close. A proposal to change the conservation area boundary to include Market Buildings was rejected.
