How to use the decrementing card
On approaching the car park, the decrementing card should be presented to the card reader adjacent to the barrier. The value remaining on your card will be displayed and the barrier will open.
On leaving the car park, proceed to the exit barrier and present the decrementing card to the reader adjacent to the barrier. The value of the stay will be deducted from the card and the balance remaining displayed. The barrier will open to allow you to exit the car park. The card must be presented to the card reader adjacent to the exit barrier before leaving the car park.
If it is not possible to do so, due to barrier problems or other technical issues, please inform a control room operator that you are leaving the car park. The control room operator can be contacted by pressing the help button.
Important: If you do not contact the control room operator, you may be charged for parking in the car park when you are not there.
