Late school applications
If you are applying after the deadline, you will need to complete a late school place application. Check the relevant page for the application deadline of each year:
Late applications are made, with limited exception, via a form on the Southampton City Council website. If you have confirmed the deadline has passed you can fill in the form on this page.
Please be aware that all on-time applications will be processed before late applications and schools may be filled by on-time applicants.

Late application timetables
Depending on when you submit your late application, you will receive an offer during the following times.
Year 7 (secondary)
If you applied late (after 31 October 2022), you will receive an offer according to the timetable below:
