Can I get a Disabled Facilities Grant

Wheelchair on newly built ramp A Disabled Facilities Grant is a grant to help people with the cost of adapting their homes, so they can continue to live there independently.

To be eligible, you need to be:

Registered as disabled (or someone who could be registered as disabled)
A private owner/occupier, a private tenant or a Housing Association tenant
