When making top-ups from your Itchen Bridge account you will experience some technical issues with making payments that end in .0 or .00. Payments that end otherwise, such as £5.25, £10.01 or £15.75 for example, are going through. We are working hard to resolve this issue as soon as possible. For now, we recommend customers use the Quick top-up where possible. This message will be removed as soon as the issue has been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience.
SmartCities card holders will receive a low balance warning message at the bridge when there are eight or fewer crossings left on your SmartCities card. Use the 'Quick top-up' option to quickly add money to your account.
IMPORTANT: Itchen Bridge quick top-ups must be made as a single payment. Please do not add other payments such as Council Tax. Your card must be registered for 3D Secure for the payment to be successful.

- Gateway online payments (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm)
- Cash Office for cash payments (Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm)
- By telephone: 023 8083 3008 (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm)
Funds should reach your account in 15 minutes.
