To consider the report of the Leader of the Council detailing the Corporate Peer Challenge report and seeking approval to agree the Action Plan.

On consideration of the report of the Leader of the Council, Cabinet approved the following:

(i)  To note the Corporate Peer Challenge report set out at Appendix 1 to this report; and

(ii)  To agree the action plan set out at Appendix 2 to this report.
