The Garden Waste collection service provides a fortnightly collection from the kerbside.

Having your garden waste service collected will save you time and money. The wheeled bin makes it easy to move your garden waste from the garden to the point of collection.
You will be able to pay online*, by telephone through Actionline (023 8083 3005) or in person at Gateway.
There is a one-off £10 charge if you want to change the size of your bin.
After signing up, customers can check their collection days on the bin collection calendar. Garden waste collection days will only show after your bin is delivered.
*The Council's strategy is to shift from residents having to attend its offices and paying manually, or ringing a council member of staff and paying by card, to carrying out more transactions online. One of the advantages of this is that it is cheaper and more efficient for the Council to accept payments for services online as it costs more to process payments manually or by telephone.
Cancellations and queries
If you have a query or decide that you no longer wish to subscribe to the service, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. On cancellation, your bin will be collected. Please note no refunds will be issued.
