Registering for a MySouthampton account will make it even easier for you to access these services as your details will be securely held within the system meaning that you don't have to keep re-entering them every time you use a new service. As we improve our digital services, an account will also allow you to keep track of the progress of your requests, without having to get in contact with us.

Please be aware that, as more of our council services are online, our telephone service is now limited. We recommend that you only call if it is absolutely necessary.
When calling, our new interactive voice recognition system will play you pre-recorded messages containing a wealth of information specific to the service your enquiry is relating to. In addition to playing this information, it will also tell you where to go online to find out more. If you need to speak to an advisor, they will be fully trained in guiding you through your online options.
