Please be advised that Gateway is at its busiest on Mondays, following a Bank Holiday or between 12noon and 2pm. To avoid busy periods and long queues, we would advise utilising the online services of the Southampton City Council website which are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can pay at The Cash Office, One Guildhall Square, Southampton, SO14 7FP. If paying by cheque please make your cheque payable to Southampton City Council and make sure you put your account number on the back so we can allocate your payment correctly.
